Terms and Conditions

No Refund, Non-Transferable Voting & Voting Extension Policy

1. No Refund Policy

By making a payment to Africa Golden Awards, you acknowledge and agree that all payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies to:

  • Partnership fees
  • Sponsorships
  • Ticket purchases
  • Voting fees
  • Any other transactions related to the event

Once a payment is processed, no refunds, chargebacks, or reversals will be permitted.

2. Non-Transferability of Voting
  • Votes purchased or cast for nominees are non-transferable and cannot be reassigned to another nominee or category.
  • Once a vote is submitted, it is considered final and cannot be changed, exchanged, or refunded.
3. Voting Extension Policy
  • Africa Golden Awards reserves the right to extend the voting period at its discretion.
  • Any extension will be communicated through official channels, including the website and social media platforms.
  • An extension does not affect the validity of votes already cast and does not entitle participants to a refund or vote transfer.
4. Payment Confirmation

After a successful transaction, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email or phone number provided. Please review all details carefully before completing your transaction, as Africa Golden Awards will not process refunds or modifications.

5. Event Changes or Cancellations

Africa Golden Awards reserves the right to modify event details, including date, venue, schedule, and participants, without liability. Any such changes do not entitle the payer to a refund. If the event is postponed, payments will be applied to the rescheduled event.

6. Dispute Resolution

All disputes must first be addressed directly with Africa Golden Awards. Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes may result in legal action.

7. Acknowledgment & Agreement

By completing your payment and/or casting a vote, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Voting Process

The voting process is subject to the following rules:

  • 1. Voting will be conducted exclusively through the designated Africa Golden Awards webapp system.
  • 2. Voters are generally permitted as many votes as possible per category.
  • 3. The voting period will be clearly defined and communicated to voters. Extensions may be made with or without prior notice.
  • 4. Voters agree to abide by the spirit of fair play and refrain from activities that may compromise the integrity of the voting process, such as vote manipulation or using multiple voting accounts.

All content, trademarks, and designs related to the Africa Golden Awards are the exclusive property of the organizers. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

The Africa Golden Awards reserves the right to take necessary measures to ensure the security and fairness of the voting process, including disqualifying votes or voters who violate these terms and conditions.
